This catalogue includes the porcelain Skipper doll, Golden Jubilee Barbie,  Bob Mackie plus more Barbie AND the Stardust Erte doll - I completely forgot Mattel even did this porcelain doll. And it includes dolls by Annette Himstedt - I forgot that Mattel carried these at one time.
