This doll was an officially licensed product that was released for the Nagano Olympics.

Barbie wears white stud earrings, a bright blue blouse with feather trim on the shoulders, a bright blue and pink petal-cut "skirt," sheer blue tights, a pair of blue ice skates, and a gold medal around her neck.
The doll came with a hairbrush, instructions, and a blue piece that attaches to the dolls waist to help you skate and spin.
